VACATION
SYNSORB encourages employees to take a vacation with pay each calendar year, in order to afford them an opportunity for rest and relaxation in recognition of their service.

Full-time employees working with the company for 0-5 years are entitled to 3 weeks vacation; employees working 5-10 years receive 4 weeks vacation; employees who have been with SYNSORB for more than 10 years receive 5 weeks.
