TRAINING
SYNSORB endeavours to make a commitment to continuous learning, improvement and growth for employees in their jobs with our Company.
Staff can expect to be provided with adequate initial training as well as to create a personal development plan with their supervisor. The objective of such a development plan is continued improvement of skills of the employee, and activities will normally comprise on-the-job training, job rotation, and/or in-house courses. In some cases, employees may be given the opportunity to attend off-site courses.
