COMPENSATION
SYNSORB is committed to establishing and maintaining pay levels which will help attract and retain highly competent people, and which are responsive to changes in economic conditions. We strive to relate compensation to individual and / or team performance and maintain consistency in the application of general pay practices throughout the Company. SYNSORB also provides gainsharing for employees based on overall company performance.
Full-time, permanent employess are also eligible to participate in the Company's Stock Option Plan.
